• your name;

• a good set (at least 3) of high-resolution photos from the house. The first one should be a well-lit, front facing photo. The other photos can be with different views and close-ups to help me see the details;

• the size you are willing to choose for the painting;

• shipping address;

• any special details.

The pictures provided by you are going to be used as a reference for the illustration. They serve as object of inspiration. The house illustration is my point of view and it is considered as an artistic reinterpretation.

I will send you a proposal with all project’s details. Upon your agreement we move to the next step.

My current turnaround for custom paintings is 8 weeks from payment and does not include shipping time.

If you intent to give this painting as a gift to someone and the turnaround is not convenient, you can purchase a watercolor house portrait gift card .

I will send you a payment link after the contract is signed. All commissions must be paid in full before I begin the work.

Shipping costs will also be paid at this moment.

I will send you a sketch in pencil from the house illustration for approval or minor revisions within 7 days from payment.

Your timely feedback in 48 hours is necessary in order to prevent delays in the completion of your order. If I do not receive your response in 48 hours, I’ll assume there are no changes and proceed with painting.

Any further rounds of revisions will be assessed an additional fee.

All my house portraits come with flowers, sometimes leaves or plants. They are my signature on the piece. No sketch of these elements will be sent for your approval.

So shapes, colors, details and quantities of theses elements are chosen and decided only by me.

This is what makes my art authorial and unique.

This is the best part of the job and also the longest.

No changes can be made at this point.

Once the painting is done, I will send you a picture of it to ensure you are happy with it and I will ship it to you.
